CERTIFICATION AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS. Each person (or recipient) who requests or receives a contract or agreement, subcontract, grant, or subgrant, which is subject to Section 1352 of Title 31, U.S.C., and which exceeds $100,000 at any tier, shall file a certification (in the form set forth in Exhibit F, consisting of one page, entitled “Certification Regarding Lobbying”) that the recipient has not made, and will not make, any payment prohibited by Paragraph b of this provision.
