Certification as to Environmental Liabilities. To the extent permitted by law, the County agrees to defend, indemnify and save harmless the Authority and the Bondholder from and against any and all Environmental Liabilities to which the Authority or the Leased Property is or may become subject or which may be alleged or asserted against the Bondholder.
