Certification Bonus Rate Sample Clauses

Certification Bonus Rate. 1.) Bargaining Unit Members who have received Fire Inspector certification will receive a bonus rate of .50 an hour for all hours actually worked in the capacity of Fire Inspector. 2.) Bargaining Unit Members who have received EMS Instructor certification will receive a bonus rate of .50 per hour for all hours actually worked in the capacity of EMS Instructor. 3.) Bargaining Unit Members who have received Fire Instructor certification will receive a bonus rate of .50 per hour for all hours actually worked in the capacity of Fire Instructor. Bonus amounts will be calculated yearly and issued at the same time longevity payments are issued.
