Common use of Certification from WTC, Loan Trustee and Subordination Agent Clause in Contracts

Certification from WTC, Loan Trustee and Subordination Agent. Each Pass Through Trustee shall have received a certificate from WTC in its individual capacity and as Loan Trustee and Subordination Agent, as applicable, dated the Closing Date, signed by an authorized officer of WTC in its individual capacity and as Loan Trustee and Subordination Agent, as applicable, certifying for each such entity that no Loan Trustee Liens or Other Party Liens attributable to it, as applicable, exist, and further certifying as to the correctness of each of the matters stated in Section 5.01.

Certification from WTC, Loan Trustee and Subordination Agent. Each Pass Through Trustee shall have received a certificate from WTC in its individual capacity and as Loan Trustee and Subordination Agent, as applicable, dated the Series B Closing Date, signed by an authorized officer of WTC in its individual capacity and as Loan Trustee and Subordination Agent, as applicable, certifying for each such entity that no Loan Trustee Liens or Other Party Liens attributable to it, as applicable, exist, and further certifying as to the correctness of each of the matters stated in Section 5.01.
