Common use of CERTIFICATION, INFORMATION AND EVIDENCE Clause in Contracts

CERTIFICATION, INFORMATION AND EVIDENCE. All certificates, information, medical reports and evidence as required by the Company shall be furnished at the expense of the Insured, and in such a form that the Company may require. In any event all notices which the Company shall require the Policyholder to give must be in writing and addressed to the Company. An Insured shall, at the Company's request and expense, submit to a medical examination whenever such is deemed necessary.
