Certification of Annual Statement of Operating Results. Within ninety (90) days following the end of each Contract Year, and within ninety (90) days following termination or expiration of the Agreement if such date does not coincide with a Contract Year, the Concessionaire Tenant shall prepare and deliver to the City an Annual Statement of Operating Results to include the items below:
