Certification of Building Systems Operations. A certification by the Contractor that all building systems specified in Section 6.2.1.2.7 are operational. The Contractor expressly agrees that the manufacturers are solely the agents of the Contractor. In accomplishing this certification, the Contractor shall obtain the manufacturer’s certificates and coordinate the initial start-up and testing of building systems.
