The consultant shall submit the “Certification of Final DBE Payments” form for each DBE firm working on the contract. This form shall be signed by the consultant and the relevant DBE, and submitted to ECS no later than 30 days after the DBE completes its work. By the act of filing the forms, the consultant acknowledges that the information is supplied in order to justify the payment of state and federal funds to the consultant. The consultant will not be released from the obligations of the contract until the “Certification of Final DBE Payments” forms are received and deemed acceptable by ECS and BECO.
