Certification of Non-Violation. Under Texas Government Code §2261.053, Contractor certifies that Contractor has not been convicted of violating federal law in connection with contracts relating to relief, recovery, or reconstruction as a result of Hurricane Xxxx, Hurricane Xxxxxxx, or any other disaster occurring after September 24, 2005.
