CERTIFICATION OF NONSEGREGATED FACILITIES. The Contractor shall submit with its proposal a Certification of Nonsegregated Facilities. All requests to sublet or assign any portion of this contract, at any level, shall be accompanied by evidence of this certification in all subcontract agreements.
