Common use of Certification of Plans Clause in Contracts

Certification of Plans. Where the Recipient is required to provide a risk management plan or work, health and safety plan, the Recipient must provide a Statement of Compliance on or prior to achievement of the first Milestone. Either or both Departments may require the Recipient to provide a Statement of Compliance for any other Plan or Milestone provided under this Funding Agreement. If required under this clause, the Recipient must provide the required Statement of Compliance by the date requested by the relevant Department or Departments (as applicable).
