Certification of Reports. All reports will include the following certification from a responsible company official who supervised or directed preparation of the report: I certify under penalty of law, to the best of my knowledge, after appropriate inquiries of all relevant persons involved in the preparation of this report, the information submitted is true, accurate, and complete.
