Common use of CERTIFICATION OF TRADE OR BUSINESS USE Clause in Contracts

CERTIFICATION OF TRADE OR BUSINESS USE. Each Lessee hereby warrants and certifies, under penalties of perjury, that (1) such Lessee intends to use the Lessor-Owned Vehicles leased by such Lessee hereunder in a trade or business of such Lessee, and (2) such Lessee has been advised that it will not be treated as the owner of such Lessor-Owned Vehicles for federal income tax purposes.

CERTIFICATION OF TRADE OR BUSINESS USE. Each Lessee hereby warrants and certifies, under penalties of perjury, that (1) such Lessee intends that more than 50 percent of the use of the Vehicles listed on the Supplemental Document(s), attached hereto and made a part hereof, which are subject to use the Lessor-Owned Vehicles leased by such Lessee hereunder this Agreement, are to be used in a trade or business of such Lessee, and (2) such Lessee has been advised that it will not be treated as the owner of such Lessor-Owned Vehicles the Vehicle(s) for federal income tax purposes.
