Certification Programs. For more mature technologies the MSF can provide Certification of compliance to a given Implementation Agreement where MSF members believe that it is of value to the industry to do so.

Certification Programs. Should Applicant elect to participate in any product or service certification program of VDES Alliance, it shall comply with all applicable program requirements.
Certification Programs. A. Each employee who successfully completes a University sanctioned certification program associated with the employee’s job duties and responsibilities shall receive a five (5) percent increase in his/her base rate of pay. The increase shall be effective on the date the University receives notice that the employee successfully completed the certification program.
B. A list of the approved certification programs shall annually be provided to the President of Council 79 and the local AFSCME President.
Certification Programs. A. Initial stage of Certification Program:
1. The initial stage of the bus mechanic certification program shall allow those mechanic employees who possessed valid certificates to receive a wage adjustment for all hours worked, both straight and overtime and including any holiday pay.
B. General Principles of the Rochester Community Schools Bus Mechanics Certification Program:
1. The certification program is an attempt to encourage the school bus mechanics of the Rochester Community Schools to achieve certification in the ASE Certification Program.
2. The employee is responsible for his/her registration and registration fee, if any, to both the State and ASE certification program.
3. Should the current program offered by the State and ASE as outlined in the ASE Bulletin of Information Fall 1978 or the publication entitled, Questions Most Often Asked or the publication issued by the Michigan Secretary of State dated May 15, 1978, change; the administration shall meet with the Union to evaluate the continuance of the program as outlined herein.
4. An employee holding certificates in the same area from both the State of Michigan and ASE shall receive the higher wage adjustment but not both.
5. The wage adjustment shall be rescinded for any and all certificates that expire or are invalidated for any reason.
6. Failure of an employee to inform the administration that his/her certificate has expired or become invalid shall subject him/her to immediate disciplinary action.
Certification Programs. A. GROUNDS CERTIFICATES For employees hired prior to October 1, 2017 Grounds employees who possesses any of the certifications below, who uses the certificates in the routine performance of her/his responsibilities, who has completed her/his probationary period, and who has properly filed the certificates with her/his supervisor is eligible for a wage adjustment. Certificates can be obtained in the areas outlined below. Each employee is eligible for up to five (5) certificates in the amount of $1.25 per hour each for a maximum of $6.25 per hour. Employees who do not have the certificates listed with an * below, will not be paid should they receive said certification in the future.
1. Grounds Certificates Licensed/Certified Playground Inspector Licensed DEQ Well Operator State of Michigan Pesticide Certification
a. Should an employee earn a certification after 10/1/17, the employee will sign a one (1) year employment commitment per certificate, for each certificate earned. If the employee leaves employment before the year is up, the employee will pay the prorated cost incurred by the Rochester Community Schools back to the Employer.
b. If certificates have expiration dates, the employee must renew the certificate to continue to receive pay for the certificate upon expiration.
B. Employees hired into a Grounds position after October 1, 2017, whether a new hire or transfer, must obtain the following certificates within one year of hire to continue employment.
1. Grounds Certificates State of Michigan Commercial Pesticide Certification: 3A-Turf State of Michigan Commercial Pesticide Certification: 6 – Right of Way Upon obtaining the required certificate(s), employees will be paid an additional $1.25 per hour, per certificate. This will not change the base hourly wage.
C. The Rochester Community Schools will participate in the AFSCME Journeyman Certification Program. The AFSCME Journeyman Certification Program document shall be included as part of this agreement.
Certification Programs. Applicant is eligible to utilize Wi-Fi CERTIFIED parent products to certify their end products as a replicated certification. Should Applicant elect to participate in any product or service certification program of Wi- Fi Alliance, it shall comply with all applicable program requirements.
Certification Programs. You can apply for professional certification programs (“Programs”), such as the Applied Clinical Therapy (ACT) certificate program, via the application forms available on the DBN Elite website. Such Programs comprise several courses, and involve both e-learning (theory) and in-person training (practical) components, which must be taken together to complete the Program. When you submit an application for a Program, your submission represents an offer to DBN Elite to register you in the Program you selected. Following your submission, you will receive an automated summary email of your selection. Upon receipt, DBN Elite will review your application to determine whether you meet its eligibility and selection criteria. If you are selected to participate in the Program, DBN Elite will send you an email confirming that you have been registered in the particular Program together with information relating to such Program, including the duration of access to each module of the Program.
Certification Programs. The modules will indicate the appropriate USDA Professional Standards Key Area Section designation and the Learning Topic code.
