CERTIFICATION REGARDING CONFLICTS OF INTEREST. The Contractor shall submit the Certification Regarding Conflicts of Interest (Appendix 8) for each employee considered to be a “consultant” (see below) at multiple points: (1) when the Firm submits a Statement of Qualifications to the Energy Commission; (2) within 30 business days from the date of the contract start date; and (3) every twelve months until the contract end date.
