CERTIFICATION REGARDING SLAVERY ERA BUSINESS. The Undersigned has searched any and all records of the Undersigned and any and all predecessor entities for records of investments or profits from slavery, the slave industry, or slaveholder insurance policies from the slavery era (including insurance policies issued to slaveholders that provided coverage for damage to or injury or death of their slaves) and has disclosed in this EDS any and all such records to the City. In addition, the Undersigned must disclose the names of any and all slaves or slaveholders described in those records. Failure to comply with these disclosure requirements may make the Matter to which this EDS pertains voidable by the City.
