Certification Services. 4.1 The Certification Services will be detailed on the Order and our Security Operations Team will provide guidance and support to help you to achieve the certification(s).
4.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that the submission for the certification(s) are signed by an authorised representative of the Customer; are factually correct and are an accurate representation of the practices implemented within your business.
4.3 The provision of these Services will not guarantee that you will achieve the certification(s).

If more detail is needed, please refer to the Applicable Documents section of the document. The goal of the document is to inform a technical audience of primary functions and their relative locations within the system.

GEM shall provide the following Certification Services to Customer, as applicable: (i) an executed Delegation of Authority agreement within ten (10) Business Days of the Effective Date of this Agreement; (ii) consultation and implementation of the necessary communications infrastructure between the GEM’s control center (associated data centers) and the Customer Transmission Owner Area using PJMNet; (iii) Energy Management System modeling services; (iv) and preparation for the certification audit or review, (collectively, the “Certification Services”).

The Contractor shall determine the requirements necessary for the certification of systems and or components by interpreting the NASA requirements documents and applicable national codes and standards. Specific NASA policy documents specifying certification requirements are NPD-8710.5, “Policy for Pressure Vessels and Pressurized Systems”, and STD-8719.17, NASA Requirements for Ground-Based Pressure Vessels and Pressurized Systems”. The Contractor shall be responsible for determining what equipment needs certification and how best to certify at minimum cost.
