Notice of Changes. If a Party makes a change in its network which it believes will materially affect the interoperability of its network with the other Party, the Party making the change shall provide at least ninety (90) days advance written notice of such change to the other Party.
Notice of Changes i. Covered Entity maintains a copy of its Notice of Privacy Practices on its website. Covered Entity shall provide Business Associate with any changes in, or revocation of, permission to use or disclose PHI, to the extent that it may affect Business Associate’s permitted or required uses or disclosures.
ii. Covered Entity shall notify Business Associate of any restriction on the use or disclosure of PHI to which Covered Entity has agreed in accordance with 45 C.F.R. 164.522, to the extent that it may affect Business Associate’s permitted use or disclosure of PHI.

At any time during the term of this Agreement, as supplemented from time to time, the Company shall advise the Agent as soon as practicable after it shall have received notice or obtain knowledge thereof, of any information or fact that would alter or affect any opinion, certificate, letter and other document provided to the Agent pursuant to this Section 3.

Notice of Changes. The Union will inform the University in writing, with a minimum of two (2) months’ notice, of any change in the amount of initiation fees, regular dues and assessments to be deducted and the University will deduct at the rate for which it has received most recent notice.

(1) Cancellation or termination of Contractor or Sub-contractor's Policies;
(2) Reduction of the coverage limits of any of Contractor or and Sub-contractor's Policies; and
(3) Any other material modification of Contractor or Sub-contractor's Policies related to this Agreement.
