The Contractor shall provide a certification statement, included with each materials submittal, stating that no Asbestos Containing Building Materials (“ACBM”) or work is included within the scope of the proposed submittal. All materials used on this Project shall be certified as non-Asbestos Containing Building Materials (“non-ACBM”).
