Certification Statement with Submittals. CM shall provide a certification statement, included with each materials submittal, stating that no asbestos containing materials or work is included within the scope of the proposed submittal. All materials used shall be certified as non-Asbestos Containing Building Materials (ACBM). The CM shall insure compliance with the following acts from all of his subcontractors and assigns:
