Common use of Certified Copies of Corporate Documents Clause in Contracts

Certified Copies of Corporate Documents. Lender shall have received from Borrower, certified by a duly authorized officer to be true and complete on and as of a date which is not more than ten (10) Business Days prior to the date hereof, a copy of each of (a) the certificate of incorporation or such other formation documents of Borrower in effect on such date of certification, and (b) the by-laws of Borrower in effect on such date.
