Receipt of a true copy, as of the date of execution hereof, of the bylaws of the Borrower, including all amendments to the foregoing, certified to by the secretary of the Borrower and a certified list of all names under which Borrower has or now conducts business in each jurisdiction where it has or now conducts business under such name(s).
