CERTIFIED FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR PAY. The City will provide for Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) training pay for employees assigned to the Airborne Law Enforcement Service (ABLE) program. This CFI assignment pay will be paid while the employee is assigned to provide helicopter flight training in a fashion similar to an FTO (5% of base salary).
