Common use of Certified Underlying Documents Clause in Contracts

Certified Underlying Documents. a copy, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) as a true and complete copy by an officer of the Borrower of the Contract, the Sub-manager's Undertaking and the Management Agreement;

Certified Underlying Documents. a copy, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) as a true and complete copy by an officer of the Borrower or relevant Owner of each of the Contract, Underlying Documents other than with respect to any Refund Guarantee which the Sub-manager's Undertaking Borrower and/or the relevant Owner shall provide in original form and which Refund Guarantee shall be in a form and substance acceptable to the Management AgreementBank;
