Common use of Certified Underlying Documents Clause in Contracts

Certified Underlying Documents. a copy, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than fifteen (15) Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) as a true and complete copy by an officer or a legal advisor of the relevant Owner of the Management Agreements and any Charter;
