Common use of Certified Underlying Documents Clause in Contracts

Certified Underlying Documents. a copy, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than (5) five Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) as a true and complete copy by the legal adviser of each of the Borrowers of each of the Management Agreements, the Contracts and any existing Charter;

Certified Underlying Documents. a copy, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than fifteen (515) five Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) as a true and complete copy by the an officer or a legal adviser of each advisor of the Borrowers of each relevant Owner of the Management Agreements, the Contracts Agreements and any existing Charter;

Certified Underlying Documents. a copy, certified (in a certificate dated no earlier than five (5) five Banking Days prior to the date of this Agreement) as a true and complete copy by an officer of the legal adviser Borrower or relevant Owner of each of the Borrowers of each of Underlying Documents other than with respect to any Refund Guarantee which the Management Agreements, Borrower and/or the Contracts relevant Owner shall provide in original form and any existing Charterwhich Refund Guarantee shall be in a form and substance acceptable to the Bank;
