Certified. Certified employees whose contracts have been suspended shall be recalled within his/her certification/license, on the following basis: 1) Employees having a continuing contract, by seniority; 2) Employees having a limited contract, by seniority. A certified employee whose contract is suspended shall be placed on a recall list for two (2) years and maintain rights as defined below.
