Cessation of Compensation/Benefits. Except for any Associate benefits that continue or may continue pursuant to applicable federal and state law, all compensation due to Associate and all other Associate/fringe benefits that the Company may provide to Associate from time to time shall immediately cease to accrue upon expiration of this Agreement or any termination of Associate’s employment, except as otherwise provided in Section 4(c).
