Common use of Cessation of Litigation Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Litigation. (1) Upon execution of this Agreement, the representative plaintiffs named in the Class Actions and the Cloud Class Action, and counsel from each of the groups set out in Section 4.09(4)(c), (d), (e), (f) and (g) will cooperate with the defendants named in the Class Actions and in the Cloud Class Action to obtain approval of this Agreement and general participation by Class Members and Cloud Class Members and Non-resident Claimants in all aspects of the Agreement.
