Common use of Cessation of Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Subsidiaries. If an organisation ceases to be a Subsidiary, before or after the inception date of this policy, coverage with respect to such Subsidiary and the Insured Persons in relation thereto shall continue until termination of this policy or any renewal thereof, but only with respect to Claims for Wrongful Acts occurring prior to the date such organisation ceased to be a Subsidiary.
