Cession and Delegation to a Substituted Entity. Immediately following the agreement by the Lenders pursuant to Clause 18.2.2 or by SANParks pursuant to Clause 18.2.1 in respect of the nomination of the Substitute Entity, this PPP Agreement shall be ceded and delegated to such Substitute Entity and the Lenders shall procure that the Substitute Entity assumes all the obligations of the Private Party under the Loan Agreements as at the date of substitution.
