Common use of Cession, Delegation and Assignment Clause in Contracts

Cession, Delegation and Assignment. Save as otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement, no Party shall be entitled to cede, delegate or otherwise assign or transfer any of its rights, obligations and/or interest in, under or in terms of this Agreement to any third party without the prior written consent of the other Parties.
