Common use of CFPB Consent Order, CFPB Compliance Plan and FTC Communications Clause in Contracts

CFPB Consent Order, CFPB Compliance Plan and FTC Communications. The Credit Parties shall promptly (but in any event within three (3) Business Days) disclose in writing to the Administrative Agent (a) any notice from the CFPB of a potential breach or non-performance of, or any default under the CFPB Consent Order or the CFPB Compliance Plan or (b) any notice of any proceeding involving the CFPB. The Credit Parties shall promptly (but in any event within three (3) Business Days) disclose in writing to the Administrative Agent any correspondence or writing from the Federal Trade Commission investigating a potential violation of applicable Law.
