CFR and CIF Deliveries. Delivery shall be made to Buyer at the discharge port or receiving facility as specified in the applicable Confirmation at Seller’s expense. Delivery shall be deemed complete and title to and risk of loss of Product shall pass from Seller to Buyer at the point and time of loading.
