CHAIN LINK FENCING. 6.1 The Grantor acknowledges that Genstar may be constructing chain link fencing on a portion of the side yard boundary of the Chainlink Side Yard Fence Lots to the rear of such Lots, which fencing (the "Chainlink Side Yard Fencing") may be 1.2 metres high and constructed of green vinyl chain link (the "Chainlink Specifications"). The Grantor agrees to allow the initial construction of the Chainlink Side Yard Fencing and its continued existence. Further, it shall be the responsibility of the Grantor and subsequent owners of the Chainlink Side Yard Fence Lots to properly maintain, repair, rebuild and otherwise keep the Chainlink Side Yard Fencing in good condition and if rebuilding or repair is required, to rebuild or repair in its original location and in accordance with the Chainlink Specifications. 6.2 The Grantor acknowledges that Genstar may be constructing chainlink fencing on the rear yard boundary of the Chainlink Rear Yard Fence Lots where such Lots abut a municipal reserve parcel or a private walkway, which fencing (the "Chainlink Rear Yard Fencing") may be constructed in accordance with the Chain Link Specifications. CHAIN LINK FENCING. 10.6.1. Chain link fencing shall be made of galvanized wire and shall conform to IS - 2721. Dia of wire and the length of side of mesh of chain link fence and the dia of line wire shall be as indicated. The wire shall be free from scale, irregularities, imperfections, flows, splits and other defects. ▇▇▇▇ coating shall be smooth even and bright. Chain link in fencing shall be fixed to fencing posts as directed by Engineer – In – Charge. 10.7. ANODISED ALUMINIUM DOORS, WINDOWS, VENTILATORS, PARTITIONS, COMPOSITE UNITS Etc.:- 10.7.1. Chemical and mechanical properties of section shall comply with requirements given in IS-733. Aluminium section and fittings shall be anodized with minimum average thickness of anodizing ie 15 micron and shall conform to IS-1868. Aluminium doors, window, ventilator, partition, composite unit etc. shall have matt scratch brush or polished finish as indicated. 10.7.2. Jointing of sections, providing fittings, lugs, method of fixing etc. shall be as per IS 1948. 10.7.3. Glass panes shall be as indicated. Unless otherwise indicated, fixing of glass pane shall be done with aluminium beading with CP, brass or stainless steel screws spaced not more than 100 mm from each corner and intermediate not more than 200 mm apart. When glass panes are fixed with aluminium beading having mitered joints, epoxy resin or silicon sealant shall be applied between glass panes and also between glass panes and beading. 10.7.4. PVC protected sheeting shall be used while fixing the frame of doors window ventilators etc. to avoid damages scratches etc.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks.
