Common use of Chair of Meeting Clause in Contracts

Chair of Meeting. The Chair shall act as chair of a meeting of the Board. If the Chair is not in attendance at a meeting, the Vice-Chair shall act as Chair, and if neither the Chair nor the Vice-Chair is in attendance at a meeting of the Board, the Directors present shall select a chair for the meeting from their numbers.
