Chair of the Trustees. The Trustees may appoint one of their number to be Chair of the Trustees who shall preside at all meetings of the Trustees at which he or she is present. The Chair may be (but is not required to be) the chief executive officer of the Trust but shall not be an officer of the Trust solely by virtue of being appointed Chair. The Chair shall have such responsibilities as may be determined by the Trustees from time to time. The Trustees may elect Co-Chairs or Vice Chairs of the Board. In the absence of the Chair, another Trustee shall be designated by the Trustees to preside over the meeting of the Trustees, to set the agenda for the meeting and to perform the other responsibilities of the Chair in his or her absence.
