Chairperson. (1) The Minister shall appoint from among the members a person to be chairperson of the Board and a person to be deputy chairperson of the Board. (2) During any vacancy in the office of chairperson, or while the chairperson is unable to act by reason of sickness, absence or other cause, the deputy chairperson shall perform the functions of the chairperson.
