Challenge or Objection. Licensee shall not oppose or seek to ---------------------- cancel or challenge, in any forum, including, but not limited to, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, any application or registration of Licensor for the Marks. Except for claims under this Agreement, Licensee shall not object to, or file any action or lawsuit challenging the validity of any Marks.
