Common use of Challenge to Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Challenge to Loan Documents. Any Obligor or any of its Affiliates shall challenge or contest in any action, suit or proceeding the validity or enforceability of any of the Loan Documents, the legality or enforceability of any of the Obligations or the perfection or priority of any Lien granted to Agent, or any of the Loan Documents ceases to be in full force or effect for any reason other than a full or partial waiver or release by Agent and Lenders in accordance with the terms thereof.

Challenge to Loan Documents. Any Obligor or any of its Affiliates shall challenge or contest in any action, suit or proceeding the validity or enforceability of any of the Loan Documents, the legality or enforceability of any of the Obligations or the perfection or priority of any Lien granted to AgentLender, or any of the Loan Documents ceases to be in full force or effect for any reason other than a full or partial waiver or release by Agent and Lenders Lender in accordance with the terms thereof.

Any Obligor Loan Party, the Sponsor Guarantor, or any of its Affiliates shall challenge or contest in any action, suit or proceeding the validity or enforceability of any of the Loan Documents, the legality or enforceability of any of the Obligations or the perfection or priority of any Lien granted to the Agent, or any of the Loan Documents ceases to be in full force or effect for any reason other than a full or partial waiver or release by the Agent and Lenders in accordance with the terms thereof.; or

Any Obligor or any of its Affiliates shall challenge or contest in any action, suit or proceeding the validity or enforceability of any of the Loan Documents, the legality or enforceability of any of the Obligations or the perfection or priority of any Lien granted to Agent, or any of the Loan Documents ceases to be in full force or effect for any reason other than a full or partial waiver or release by Agent and Lenders in accordance with the terms thereof.

Any Obligor Borrower, or any Affiliate of its Affiliates any Borrower, shall challenge or contest in any action, suit or proceeding the validity or enforceability of this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, the legality or enforceability of any of the Obligations or the perfection or priority of any Lien granted to Agent, or any of the Loan Documents ceases to be in full force or effect for any reason other than a full or partial waiver or release by Agent and Lenders in accordance with the terms thereofLender.
