Common use of Chance to Cure Clause in Contracts

Chance to Cure. However, if either party breaches the terms of this agreement in a manner which does not endanger the welfare of a client (physical, financial or otherwise) or damage the business interests of the other party, the aggrieved party will give the breaching party notice of such a minor breach and seven (7) business days to cure such a breach.
