Common use of Change and Use of Name Clause in Contracts

Change and Use of Name. Concurrently with the Closing, Seller shall take all actions required to enable Buyer to have a perpetual, exclusive right, title, interest, ownership and use of the trademarks, service marks and trade names as set forth in Section 2.1(f) and any derivative or combination thereof that it may elect, and Seller shall make no further use of any of such names.

Change and Use of Name. Concurrently with the Closing, Seller shall take all actions required to enable Buyer to have a perpetual, exclusive right, title, interest, ownership and license to use of the trademarks, service marks and trade names as set forth in Section 2.1(f2.1(i) and any derivative or combination thereof that it may elect, and Seller shall make no further use of any of such names, except in transactions that are unrelated to Seller’s Business.

Change and Use of Name. Concurrently with the Closing, Seller shall use its best efforts to promptly take all actions required reasonably necessary to enable Buyer to have a perpetual, exclusive right, title, interest, ownership and use of the trademarks, service marks and trade names as set forth in Section 2.1(f2.1(e) and any derivative or combination thereof that it may elect, and Seller shall make no further use of any of such names. After the Closing Date, Seller may not use any such trademark, service xxxx or trade name without the prior written consent of Buyer.
