Common use of Change Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Change Disclosure. 10.1 If we make a further advance or if we change the terms of your loan in such a way that we are required by the credit law to disclose the details of that change, then we will give you a change disclosure statement. 10.2 A change disclosure statement will form part of your loan agreement after it has been given to you. 10.3 If you have consented to receiving electronic disclosure we may complete disclosure of the change disclosure statement electronically.
