Common use of Change in ADS Ratio Clause in Contracts

Change in ADS Ratio. If after the Issuance Date the ADS ratio is increased or reduced, then the number of Warrant ADSs to be provided on exercise of a Warrant will be reduced or increased (respectively) in inverse proportion to the change in the ADS ratio Ordinary Shares per ADS.

Change in ADS Ratio. If after the Issuance Date the ADS ratio is increased or reduced, then the number of Warrant ADSs to be provided on exercise of a Warrant will be reduced or increased (respectively) in inverse proportion to the change in the ADS ratio Ordinary Shares per ADS and the Exercise Price per Warrant will be increased or reduced (respectively) in proportion to the change in Ordinary Shares per ADS, so that the total number or Warrant Shares underlying the Warrants and the aggregate Exercise Price for all Warrants remain unchanged.

Change in ADS Ratio. If after the Issuance Date the ADS ratio of ADSs to Ordinary Shares is increased or reduced, then the number of Warrant ADSs to be provided on delivered upon exercise of a this Warrant and the Exercise Price per Warrant ADS will each be reduced or increased (respectively) in inverse proportion to proportionately adjusted so that the change in the ADS ratio Ordinary Shares per ADSaggregate Exercise Price remains unchanged.

If after the Issuance Original Issue Date the number of Ordinary Shares represented by one ADS ratio is increased or reduced, then the number of Warrant ADSs to be provided on exercise of a Warrant will be reduced or increased (respectively) in inverse proportion to the change in the ADS ratio ADS-to-Ordinary Shares per ADSratio.
