Change in Bank. The security, liabilities, and/or obligations created by this Assignment will continue to be valid and binding for all purposes, regardless of any transfer or assignment of the Bank’s business, operations, assets, or liabilities, or any change by amalgamation, consolidation, reconstruction, or otherwise in the Bank’s constitution, or of any company by which the Bank’s business is carried on, and will be available by the company carrying on that business.
