Common use of Change in Business Clause in Contracts

Change in Business. No Credit Party shall, and no Credit Party shall permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, engage in any line of business substantially different from those lines of business carried on by it on the Closing Date or that are natural expansions thereof.
