Common use of Change in Collateral; Collateral Records Clause in Contracts

Change in Collateral; Collateral Records. (i) Give the Collateral Agent not less than 30 days prior written notice of any change in the location of any Collateral, other than to (or in-transit between) locations set forth on Schedule 6.01(ff) and with respect to which the Collateral Agent has filed financing statements and otherwise fully perfected its Liens thereon, and (ii) advise the Collateral Agent promptly, in sufficient detail, of any material adverse change relating to the type, quantity or quality of the Collateral or the Lien granted thereon.

Change in Collateral; Collateral Records. (i) Give the Collateral Agent not less than 30 days days' prior written notice of any change in the location of any CollateralCollateral owned by a Borrower, other than to (or in-transit between) locations set forth existing on Schedule 6.01(ff) the Effective Date and with respect to which the Collateral Agent has filed financing statements and otherwise fully perfected its Liens thereonthereon (subject to Permitted Liens), and (ii) advise the Collateral Agent promptly, in sufficient detail, of any material adverse change relating to the type, quantity or quality of the Collateral or the Lien granted thereon.

(i) Give the Collateral Agent not less than 30 days 15 days’ prior written notice of any change in the location of any CollateralCollateral with a value in excess of $100,000, other than to (or in-transit between) locations set forth on Schedule 6.01(ff) and with respect to which the Collateral Agent has filed financing statements and otherwise fully perfected its Liens thereon, and (ii) advise the Collateral Agent promptly, in sufficient detail, of any material adverse change relating to the type, quantity or quality of the Collateral or the Lien granted thereon.

(i) Give the Collateral Administrative Agent and each Lender not less than 30 days days’ prior written notice of any change in the location of any portion of the Subject Collateral, other than to (or in-transit between) locations set forth existing on Schedule 6.01(ff) the Closing Date and with respect to which the Collateral Administrative Agent has filed financing statements and otherwise fully perfected its Liens thereon, and (ii) advise the Collateral Agent promptly, in sufficient detail, of any material adverse change relating to the type, quantity or quality of the Collateral or the Lien granted thereon.

(i) Give the Collateral Administrative Agent not less than 30 days prior written notice of any change in the location of any Collateral, other than to (or in-transit between) locations set forth on in Section 5.01(bb) of the Disclosure Schedule 6.01(ff) and with respect to which the Collateral Administrative Agent has filed financing statements and otherwise fully perfected its Liens thereon, and (ii) advise the Collateral Administrative Agent promptly, in sufficient detail, of any material adverse change relating to the type, quantity or quality of the Collateral or the Lien granted thereon.thereon and

(i) Give the Collateral Agent written notice (i) not less than 30 days 10 Business Days prior written notice of to any change in the location of any Collateral, other than to (or in-transit between) locations set forth on Schedule 6.01(ff) and with respect to which the Collateral Agent has filed financing statements and or otherwise has fully perfected its Liens thereon, and (ii) advise promptly, and in any event no later than 5 Business Days after any change in the location of any Collateral to locations with respect to which the Collateral Agent promptlyhas not filed financing statements or otherwise has fully perfected its Lien thereon, in sufficient detail, of any material adverse change relating other than to the type, quantity or quality of the Collateral or the Lien granted thereonlocations set forth on Schedule 6.16.
