Change in Control After Performance Period Ends. If a Change in Control occurs after the Performance Period ends on December 31, 2018, then, subject to the Participant’s continued service as an Employee through such Change in Control, any Restricted Stock Units granted to the Participant pursuant to Section 2.3(a) hereof which remain unvested shall vest in full immediately prior to such Change in Control.
