In the case of a Change in Control where the Executive’s employment does not terminate within twelve (12) months following the Change in Control or in contemplation of a Change in Control, the Executive shall receive the Payment Amounts when it is ordinarily paid out. For avoidance of doubt, if there are multiple Long Term Cash Plan performance cycles, portions of the Payment Amounts may be paid in different years, each in accordance with the terms of the relevant performance cycle.
