Change in Control of the Licensee. 1. The Licensee shall notify the Regulator of any changes expected in control at least sixty (60) days in advance. Change in control shall not take effect until it is approved by the Regulator. 2. The Licensee shall notify the Regulator of any change in the organizational structure of the Licensee. Such notice shall be given to ERO not later than three (3) days from the date of any such change.
