Change in Credit and Collection Policies, Business or Transaction Documents. (i) Make or consent to any change in the Credit and Collection Policies that could materially impair the value, validity, collectability or enforceability of, or increase the days-to-pay, Dilution or Contractual Dilution in excess of the Adjusted Contractual Dilution Estimate at such time with respect to, any Receivable or otherwise make any material change thereto without the prior written consent of Buyer, Agent and each Purchaser Agent, (ii) make a change in the character of its business that would have or could reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect, in either case, without the prior written consent of Buyer, Agent and each Purchaser Agent or (iii) amend any other Transaction Document to which it is a party, in any capacity, without the prior written consent of Buyer, Agent and each Purchaser Agent.
