Common use of Change in Credit and Collection Policy Clause in Contracts

Change in Credit and Collection Policy. The Collection Agent will not make any change in the character of its business or Credit and Collection Policy or any Contract that would impair the collectibility of any Pool Receivable or the enforceability of any related Contract or the ability of United Rentals (if it is acting as Collection Agent) to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

In the event that the Collection Agent makes any change to the Credit and Collection Policy, it shall, contemporaneously with such change, provide the Program Agent and each Investor Agent with an updated Credit and Collection Policy and a summary of all material changes.

In the event that the Collection Agent makes any material change to the Credit and Collection Policy, it shall, no later than three Business Days prior to the effectiveness of such change, provide the Agent with an updated Credit and Collection Policy and a summary of all material changes.
